Artwork Entry Form

Please note that there is a non-refundable entry fee of R150 per artwork. However, there is no submission fee for paper prints. Your artwork must be submitted with a suitable hanging system and packaged in bubble wrap, with your name and the title of the artwork written on the packaging using a permanent black marker.

The Academy can supply hanging systems at an additional cost of R45 per artwork and bubble wrap at an additional cost of R30 per artwork. Additionally, you must provide the Academy with 3M images of your artwork for the online catalogue. You may photograph these yourself or have them professionally done at A Photographic Affair on 22 and 23 January.

All paper prints and artwork entries must be submitted to the Academy, and artwork images emailed to admin@alexanderartacademy.com by 24 January.
