As an artist and photographer, I often paint from my own photographs, like this one of fishing vessels in Hout Bay harbour. Hout Bay is a fishing village on Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard, was named by Dutch settlers after the Yellowwood trees used for furniture at the Cape of Good Hope.
